Good shower pressure.

Stained bed linens, wallpaper falling off the walls, mold on the walls, none of the lamps worked, the towels old and extremely scratchy.

Let's just say that the pillow cases and bed linens were so stained that my husband and i went out and bought pillows and pillow cases and full body covering pajamas.
